Biodegradable BioFlex
PE-TPS biodegradable resin
Polyethylene compounded with thermoplastic starch from corn and cassava. Passed EN ISO 14855-1 in 227 days making it a fully biodegradable PE with no micro-plastics.

Compostable CompoFlex
Compostable PBAT compound
PBAT with starch or mineral. Tested to ISO 14855-1 by TÜV Rheinland, EN 13432 compliant, Vietnam Ecolabel VN-ECO-2026-004.

Who is GPS PLAS?
GPS PLAS (Công ty TNHH Nhựa GPS) is a Vietnamese factory, founded in 2017, that compounds sustainable resins and converts them into film and bags. Its 5,000 m² factory and R&D centre is in Long Hau Extended Industrial Park, Tay Ninh, Vietnam. GPS PLAS is a TURN GREEN company.
What is the difference between BioFlex, CompoFlex and ReFlex?
BioFlex is a biodegradable PE-TPS resin made with corn and cassava starch; it is not a compostable grade. CompoFlex is a compostable PBAT compound, EN 13432 compliant, in Home and Industrial Compostable grades. ReFlex is film and bags made with GRS-certified recycled PE: recyclable, not biodegradable.
What does GPS PLAS make?
TPS, BioFlex and CompoFlex resins, film on roll and finished bags such as T-shirt, die cut, shopping, waste, dog poop, poly and mailer bags, plus VCI anti-corrosion, ESD anti-static, mulching and shrink film. Capacity is 500 tons per month.
Which certifications does GPS PLAS hold?
The factory holds GRS 4.0, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. CompoFlex holds Vietnam Ecolabel VN-ECO-2026-004 and ReFlex holds Vietnam Ecolabel VN-ECO-2025-012.
