Made of Vietnamese cassava starch

  • GPS PLAS sources local cassava starch for the production of its high quality TPS. The great purity of GPS PLAS TPS allows it to retain partial transparency in film applications.

    Compared to potato starch that tends to make plastic films sticky, cassava starch offers great technical properties with a clean hand feel and good transparency.

    GPS PLAS TPS is available for manufacturers to do eco-friendly flexible packaging and injection molding in combination with other polymers.

Biobased resins family

  • GPS PLAS BioFlex resins are ready to use for film or injection applications. It is created by the polymerization of our TPS with conventional polymers to create a new biopolymer compound that have biodegradable properties safe for landfill degradation.

    Available grades for film blowing:

    • TPS + Virgin polymer

    • TPS + GRS recycled polymer

    • TPS + OBP GRS polymer

    • TPS + Braskem polymer for a 100% biosourced solution

    Available grades for injection molding:

    • TPS + PP

  • GPS PLAS CompoFlex resins are ready to use for film or injection applications. It is created by the compounding of various biopolymers to create the perfect formulas for each applications. All the resins are ready to deliver premium results.

    Suitable for the production of many types of products that will fit in the circular economy thanks to their industrial compost or home compost properties.

VCI
Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors
